CBS 2: Sitting Study
The holidays are coming up which means sitting on trains, planes and automobiles. Sitting is the new smoking. It leads to weight gain, reduced metabolic activity and other systemic issues. Dr. Wu was asked to comment on how bad prolonged sitting is and how sitting with poor posture affects your body mechanically.
