It has been a very busy year here at ActiveCare Physical Therapy, and now, there is an additional exciting thing on the menu.

I have been certified as a Kinesio Taping Practitioner since 2005 and have used it in practice with significant benefit.

I was recently contacted by “Advance for Physical Therapy and Rehab Medicine” journal to write an article on Kinesio Taping.
